Andrea Sipos is a product management advisor and PhD researcher specializing in how cross-functional software teams collaborate and succeed. With more than twelve years of industry experience across startups and global technology companies, she helps organizations build better products through data-informed decision-making, thoughtful strategy, and modern product practices.
Andrea began her career at companies such as Prezi, Skyscanner, OptiMonk, and Oda, where she led product discovery and delivery initiatives, guided cross-functional teams, and shaped product strategies across multiple markets. In recent years, she worked as an independent product management and analytics advisor, partnering with clients to refine their product strategy, strengthen experimentation and analytics capabilities, and adopt product-led approaches.
Currently, Andrea is a PhD candidate at the Doctoral School of Business Informatics at Corvinus University of Budapest. Her research focuses on collaboration patterns in software product engineering teams, with a particular interest in how team culture, communication, and product mindset influence performance. She also teaches and writes about product management, contributing to the professional community through courses, talks, and her Hungarian-language Substack.
