Ildikó Kádárné Kelemen works at ANETILab as a project manager and researcher involved in international collaborations and EU-funded research activities. She contributes to applied research in the DUT-COLINE project, supporting stakeholder and policy analysis, analytical summaries, and the preparation of research-informed outputs.

Her responsibilities also include internal coordination, support for international cooperation and proposal development, and communication management for ANETILab. She previously gained extensive experience in European research and innovation programmes, coordinating international collaboration and serving as work package leader in H2020 projects, with additional involvement in Open Science and Research Data Management (RDM) through Horizon Europe, Digital Europe and EOSC initiatives.

She holds a Master Degree in International Economics and Management and an MBA from SDA Bocconi School of Management.

She is multilingual and proficient in English, Spanish, Italian, and German.
