BIO

Eszter Kaló conducts research on the relationship between social network resilience and mental health, currently examining how the structural stability of social networks influences the consumption of medications for mental and behavioural disorders. She earned a bachelor’s degree at Corvinus University of Budapest as a political scientist, now is pursuing an MSc in Public Policy and Management at Corvinus and in 2024 pursued an MA in Social Policy at Eötvös Loránd University. She has gained research experience as research assistant at the Human and Social Data Science Lab at Budapest University of Technology and Economics, she contributed to conference materials, academic writing, and international outreach and the HUN-REN Centre for Social Sciences, where she participated in political text mining projects. Eszter has been an active member of Rajk College for Advanced Studies for five years, participating in several academic courses and previously served as Head of the Student Board, overseeing the college’s community and organizational activities.
