Why do certain social and demographic groups specialized in mobilities between certain occupations? Are men and women equal in their ability to transfer their skills from their previous jobs to their next ones? Gergő Tóth concentrated on these questions in his keynote talk "Mind The (Skill-Mobility) Gap" at the Annual Conference of the Hungarian Association of Regional Science. Zoltán Elekes and Balázs Lengyel also participated in the conference and presented in the section on "Innovation and new regional development paths".
